Since 1993 is a lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association. Since 1999 is a managing partner in the "Spasov and Bratanov" Law Firm.

Assistant, senior assistant, chief assistant (1988-2015), part-time lecturer (2016-2018) at the Department of Civil Law Sciences at the Faculty of Law of Sofia University "St. Climent Ohridski".

Specialized in Japan, England and the Netherlands. Participated in international conferences and performed professional assignments in over 20 jurisdictions.

Member of the editorial board of the journal "Commercial Law".

Author of over 10 publications in English and over 15 publications in Bulgarian.
