Higher legal education - Faculty of Law of the Sofia University "St. Climent Ohridski". Master's degree in German and International law at the University of Osnabruck, Lower Saxony.

Lawyer at the Sofia Bar Association since 2015. Partner in "Punev and Stoimenov" Law Firm since 2021.

He is a referent of Bulgarian law at the Institute of Eastern European Law in Munich. Long-time honorary lecturer in bond law at the Faculty of Law of the Sofia University "St. Climent Ohridski".

Author of two monographs (one of them co-authored), as well as numerous articles in the field of Civil and Commercial Law.

Specializations in the field of bond disputes, energy and construction.
