Graduated from secondary education at the French Language School "Henri Barbusse", Vratsa.
Was a junior judge in the District Court - Vratsa and successively a judge in the Regional Court - Vratsa and in the District Court - Vratsa, in which she also headed the Firm Division.
In the period from February 1994 to April 2021, he was a judge in the Supreme Court and in the Supreme Court of Cassation of the Republic of Bulgaria. Chairman of the Second Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of Cassation from May 2015 to April 2021.
With numerous international specializations in the field of obligation and commercial law, EU law, copyright and intellectual property law, held respectively at: National School for the Judiciary - France, Academy of European Law in Trier - Germany, Spanish Judicial School, Center for International and European Business Law in Thessaloniki - Greece, American Law Institute in Washington - USA, etc.
Reporter on Interpretive Decisions of the General Assembly of Commercial College of the Supreme Court of Cassation and the General Assembly of the Civil and Commercial Colleges of the Supreme Court of Cassation. Was a member of the Program Board of the National Institute of Justice for two terms and a lecturer there, as well as a member of the editorial board of the Judicial Practice Bulletin until April 2021.
In 2001, was nominated by the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria as a judge at the European Court of Human Rights - Strasbourg, France.
Successfully passed the interview with the Subcommittee on the Election of Judges of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and has been proposed for voting by the Parliamentary Committee of the Council of Europe.
